How are 'at risk' candidates identified in Trac?
'At risk' candidates can be identified by a ‘R’ symbol within the priority column. This will become visible when the vacancy and candidates have progressed into the ‘Shortlisting: Evaluate’ stage.
Are 'at risk' candidates guaranteed an Interview?
If 'at risk’ candidates meet the minimum criteria they must be invited to Interview.
Where 'at risk' candidates are found to be unsuitable at Interview they can be rejected.
