A residence permit or visa allows a non-UK, Irish, or British Crown Dependency (Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man) to live and work in the UK.

There may be restrictions to the type of work they can undertake or the hours they can work. This information will be annotated on the permit or visa.

Skilled Worker Visa Sponsorship

Skilled Worker visas must be sponsored by the employer the person wishes to work for, this sponsorship is done via a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) provided by the employing organisation.

The NHS Business Service Authority (NHSBSA) is provided with a finite number of CoS per year.

All sponsorships are provided by the Corporate HR team.
