Applications will appear in Trac as soon as they are submitted by an applicant. The Recruiting Manager (RM) or Delegate of a vacancy will be able to log into Trac, search for the relevant vacancy and see how many applicants have applied at any time throughout the advertising period.
The Recruiting Manager can longlist applicants as soon as they appear on Trac.
