Identification Documents (ID) will be provided by the candidate during the pre-employment checking stage of a recruitment.

HR Shared Services (HRSS) will request the documents via the Amiqus Digital Pre-employment Checking (DPEC) system.

The candidate must then upload digital copies of the ID documents via the Amiqus DPEC system by clicking on the link provided to them in the initial/chase Amiqus DPEC request email.

Before HRSS can review/approve any photographic identification documents, the candidate must successfully complete the Photo ID verification request included on the Amiqus DPEC request. This will allow HRSS to establish a true likeness of the candidate against the documents provided.

If there is any doubt about the validity of the documents provided, this should be raised with the Corporate HR team who will contact the Local Counter Fraud Specialist.
