The Lead Interviewer is not responsible for collecting any Identity (ID), Right to Work (RTW) and Qualification documents. HR Shared Services (HRSS) will request these directly from the successful candidate once the offer letter has been issued.
Where should interview documentation be stored?
Interview documentation should be stored locally in line with the organisation’s retention period.
Interview documentation including Interview notes for successful candidates, should not be sent to HR Shared Services (HRSS) or uploaded to Trac. Any interview notes which are uploaded to Trac will be removed by the HRSS Team.
