When a candidate has been moved to the ‘Interview: Reserve’ stage in Trac, HR Shared Services (HRSS) will advise the candidate that their status is in progress. The Lead Interviewer will need to tell HRSS how to proceed.
Unsuccessful candidate
Once the Lead Interviewer has confirmed that a candidate within ‘Interview: Reserve’ will not be asked to Interview, HRSS will notify the candidates using the 'Shortlisting Regret' email template within Trac.
Successful candidate (more than 48 hours until Interview)
If the candidate is successful for Interview, the Lead Interviewer will need to supply HRSS with the name and applicant ID of the candidate to allow HRSS to move the candidate to ‘Interview: Schedule’. The candidate will then receive an invite to Interview and can book onto a slot via Trac.
Successful candidate (less than 48 hours until Interview)
If HRSS is notified with less than 48 hours until the Interview, the Lead Interviewer will need to notify the candidate as they won't receive an email invite from Trac. Once they have identified the time and date of the Interview, they will need to contact HRSS so this can be updated within Trac.
