The Interview pack provides the panel with details on the Interview, vacancy and candidates that are Interviewing for the position.
What are the contents of the Interview pack?
- Vacancy details including advert text.
- List of Shortlisting criteria.
- Interview schedule.
- Job Description.
- Candidate information;
- contact details (address, email and phone number(s)
- scores obtained during shortlisting and any Shortlister notes
- candidate application form.
When is the Interview pack made available?
Interview packs are available for the Interview panel members to download in Trac as soon as the Interviews are set up by HR Shared Services (HRSS).
Please note When conducting remote interviews, it is the responsibility of the Recruiting Manager or Lead Interviewer to send out any Microsoft Teams/Zoom invites to the candidate. HR Shared Services (HRSS) are not responsible for arranging or circulating any correspondence for remote interviews.
A link to the Interview pack will be emailed from Trac to all Interview panel members one working day before the first Interview.
Where can the Interview pack be downloaded?
The Interview pack can be downloaded on the main vacancy page within the Interview tab by selecting the ‘download interview pack’ button.
Unless the Interviews have been set up as offline, it is advised that interview panel members should wait until they receive the Trac email received the day before the Interview takes place to download the interview pack. This is to ensure the information downloaded is the most up to date and unlikely to change before the Interviews take place.
Data Security
As Interview packs contain personal information all panel members will need to ensure that they comply with Data Protection principles and do not keep the personal data of candidates for longer than necessary.
