To update an employees professional registration in Electronic Staff Record (ESR), the employee can update this using Employee Self Service (ESS) or alternatively the Line Manager can also update this via Manager Self Service (MSS).

If the employee does not currently have a professional registration entered in ESR and would like to add 1 or more, the Line Manager is required to complete an Employee Change Form (ECF) and arrange for this to be uploaded to the Document Transfer Service (DTS).

The HR Shared Service (HRSS) ESR team will then update the employee's professional registration details in ESR.
