Where a pre-placement Occupational Health (OH) report is returned with comments, the HR Shared Services (HRSS) Team will email the report to the Business Services Authority's (BSA) Corporate HR Team for advice on how to proceed.

HRSS will add a note to the candidate's Trac record to advise the report has been sent for review and update the status of the OH check.
