Below are the agreed timescales that Health Partners have agreed with HR Shared Services (HRSS).
- Delivery of the Occupational Health (OH) report following online screening will be sent to HRSS within 24 hours.
- The OH Advisor provides a written opinion following online assessment to HRSS within two working days.
- Telephone assessment with candidate within three working days of the request.
- Face to face customer personnel assessment within five working days of request.
- Written opinion following telephone and face to face assessment to be sent to HRSS within two working days of the assessment.
