If a candidate needs any special requirements for the Interview, they can notify the employer when they accept their invite to Interview.
The candidate will be asked ‘Do you have a disability that requires any special arrangements to enable you to attend for Interview, such as wheelchair access?’
Any special requirements specified will appear in the Interview schedule and on the candidates record in Trac.
Trac will email the Recruiting Manager (RM) and Lead Interviewer when a candidate declares that they have special requirements.
It also displays on the application list within the column 'Sp.req?', which will contain an exclamation mark icon indicating special requirements. Users can click this icon for further details.
