Whose responsibility is it to inform the unsuccessful candidates?
It is the responsibility of the Lead Interviewer or Recruiting Manager (RM) to verbally reject the candidates who have attended Interview.
HR Shared Services (HRSS) will not contact unsuccessful candidates to advise them of the outcome.
Who records the Interview results in Trac?
It is the responsibility of the Lead Interviewer to record the Interview results in Trac for each candidate who has been successful, rejected or did not attend.
No Interview notes or documentation should be uploaded into Trac.
How are the Interview results recorded?
The Lead Interviewer should submit the Interview results by going to the ‘Interview: Interview’ page for the relevant vacancy within Trac.
The Lead Interviewer will then need to use the tick boxes next to each candidate to move them to one of the following stages depending on the outcome of their Interview.
- Offer Pending.
- Offer reserve List.
