The HR Shared Services (HRSS) Recruitment team will start pre-employment checks once the candidate has been moved to the Offer stage in Trac and the Offer letter has been issued.


Requests to delay pre-employment checks

Should a candidate advise the Recruiting Manager (RM) that they do not want pre-employment checks (including references) to start, the RM should not progress the candidate to the Offer stage.

Once the candidate is happy for pre-employment checks to begin the RM should move the candidate to Offer to allow HRSS to begin the checks.
