Yes, everyone must have a site location within the Offer table.
In line with NHS England’s (NHSE) Flexible Working Policy, as of 10 November 2025 home-based working can only be applied for from day one of employment. It is not an arrangement that can be agreed prior to appointment therefore recruitments will not detail home-based as a site..
If the candidate wishes to work from home, they will need to submit a flexible working request once they have commenced employment. In the meantime, confirmation will be required for the contractual location so that the conditional offer can be sent.

The full address of the site is not required; you must ensure that the Offer table contains the site name and the town/city as a minimum, for example, Wellington House, London.
If the site location has been entered incorrectly, the Recruitment team will email for clarification.
