Is Approval Required?
Yes, the Recruiting Manager (RM) or Delegate will need to gain approval for the increase from a Finance Business Partner. A list of Finance Business Partners for each Service Area can be found on the Hub.
The approval will need to be sent to HR Shared Services (HRSS) via an email to the HRSS Query team or by responding to a Trac communication from their Outlook account in relation to the specific vacancy.
When can the changes be made?
Before advert is authorised
Should you wish to amend the FTE before the Advert has been authorised and published, please contact the HR Shared Services (HRSS) Query team in writing to request the vacancy is moved back to ‘Draft’ to allow you to make the required amendments once approval has been confirmed. You will then need to re-submit the vacancy for authorisation.
After Advert is authorised
After advert the request, alongside the relevant approval will need to be sent to HR Shared Services (HRSS) via an email to the HRSS Query team or by responding to a Trac communication from their Outlook account in relation to the specific vacancy.
