Right to be Forgotten (RTBF), also known as, Right to Erasure, is a request sent from an individual, to an organisation, requesting to have their personal data erased from the organisation’s records.
The request can be made verbally or in writing to HR Shared Services (HRSS). Should you raise your request verbally, you will also need to follow this up in writing.
All requests will be responded to within one month subject to HRSS receiving all relevant information. Once HRSS have received all information, the request will then be passed to the client RTBF contact to review and action.
Further information can be found on the Information Commissioner's Office website.
