How do I know what Position Number or Cost Centre an employee is currently linked to? (BSA)

If you are the employee's Line Manager in Electronic Staff Record (ESR), you will be able to view their current position and cost centre number detailed as part of their employment information on their ESR record. You can also access a list of positions for all your team using Manager Self Service (MSS).

An employee can locate their own position number using Employee Self Service (ESS) by logging in and choosing employment information. The position number is shown on the table on this screen.

Your Budget Manager should also hold this cost centre information if you are not able to access this information through ESR.
