Employee Self Service (ESS) is a service available in the Electronic Staff Record (ESR).
ESS allows staff to:
- view and update personal information
- view and print PDF copies of your payslips and P60s
- view your employment information
- view your absence calendar and summary
- view your Total Reward Statement (TRS)
- reset your password
- update Registrations and Membership
To change your name, you will need to provide evidence of your name change to your Line Manager, who will need to upload the evidence and the change form via DTS.
Your bank details must be added before the payroll cut-off date to ensure that you receive your salary within the same month; you will find information about the Payroll cut-off dates on the Hub.
