When you access the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) using Employee Self Service (ESS), you are able can:
- view and update personal information, including your:
- home address
- bank details
- change of name/marital status
- phone number and personal email address
- emergency contacts
- equality and diversity information
- home address
- view and print PDF copies of your payslips and P60s
- view your employment information
- view your absence calendar and summary
- view your Total Reward Statement (TRS)
- reset you password
- Update Registrations and Memberships
- Conflict of Interest Declaration
Change of name
You can amend your name via ESS. You will need to provide evidence of your name change such as marriage certificate, divorce documents, deed poll letter etc to your Line Manager as they will receive a notification to approve this in ESR. Your Line Manager will need to upload the evidence to DTS under ‘Change of Name’.
