Any requests to add or remove an employee’s User Responsibility Profile (URP) should be sent by their Line Manager or another authorising person to the HR Shared Services (HRSS) ESR team.
They will need to complete an ‘ESR User Responsibility Profile Request Form’. This can be requested from the Query Team if required or found on the Hub.
Please ensure that the subject of the email contains the words 'ESR URP amendment' and the name of the person the amendment relates to, for example. ESR URP amendment - Joe Bloggs.
