A 'Document Transfer Service (DTS) User Guide' is supplied to all new users of DTS when they first receive confirmation of their account details. All forms uploaded must be transactional otherwise these will be rejected by the HR Shared Services (HRSS) Admin team.
Once a document has been uploaded, a document ID number will be provided. This number may be needed as a reference for any future queries relating to the uploaded document.
If an individual needs to upload a document but does not have access to the DTS, their Line Manager will need to complete a DTS User Authorisation Form. This form can be found on the Hub by searching for ‘DTS User Authorisation Form’ and should be sent to the HRSS Query Team.
