The HR Shared Services (HRSS) Learning Solutions team are responsible for the administration of Oracle Learning Management (OLM) for all BSA employees.
The Learning Solutions team can assist you with the below queries:
eLearning
- eLearning access issues
- You receive an error message when accessing or playing any eLearning
- A Learning Certification has expired
- Changes to a Learning Certification or Competency.
Should you notice any issues with the content within a piece of eLearning, please raise this with the Corporate Learning and Development team.

Appraisals (Functionality Issues only)
- Unable to update your Appraisal
- Can’t attach documents to your Appraisal
- Main Appraiser has left the organisation so form is inaccessible.

Hints and Tips
When accessing any of your eLearning via OLM, please use the web browser ‘Internet Explorer’. This is the only supported browser at present and by using this it will ensure that your learning is updated accordingly once you have completed a Course.
Should you experience any issues with your eLearning, when contacting the HRSS Query team, please provide as much information as possible including screen shots if applicable.
