The HR Shared Services (HRSS) Knowledge Base is designed to support any queries you have surrounding our recruitment processes and should be used in conjunction with our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process maps and other guidance documentation. Within each category you will find articles created to guide you through completing a process as well as answers to queries Recruiting Managers may have.
All articles within the HRSS Knowledge Base that display a green tick at the top of the article have an external counterpart article which is available to Recruiting Managers (HSSIB, NHSBSA and NHSE only).
All information displayed in the ‘HR Administrator Guidance’ sections will not be displayed in external counterpart articles and is specifically designed to support HRSS staff. Should you wish to share the links to the external sites with a Recruiting Manager the links can be found below.
